Selection, Enrolment and Induction

Before commencing a training program with Lotus Performance Management, it is important that we discuss any pre-requisite requirements, determine participant suitability and ascertain whether or not additional support services will be required.

Enrolments are carried out at least 14 days prior to course commencement, with fees payable on enrolment or at agreed intervals during the program. All enrolments and payments can be arranged through your organisation’s Training Officer, for ease of account tracking.

An induction to the course is carried out with participants on their first training day, detailing course requirements, including participation expectations, assessment processes and available support services.

Course Information

All Nationally Recognised Training completed with Lotus Performance Management results in either a Qualification (on successful completion of all required Units of Competency) or a Statement of Attainment (on successful completion of some Units of Competency).

Fees, Charges and Refunds

All fees and charges are negotiated and agreed prior to entering into the training contract and are payable at the time of enrolment, or at agreed intervals during the program.

If a participant is unable to undertake the training, substitution is accepted, at no charge.

If you are unable to find a substitute, a refund will be granted when at least 14 days’ notice is given, in writing, prior to course commencement. A 50% refund is granted if written notice is received less than 14 days in advance of commencement. However, if no written notice is received prior to the day of commencement, unfortunately a refund will not be possible.

If a participant chooses to pay by instalment options, a deposit will be payable on enrolment. The deposit amount paid will be subtracted from the final workshop fees. However, should the participant cancel his or her attendance at any workshop scheduled in the course outline, with less than 14 days written notice, this deposit will be forfeited.

In the case of individual enrolments, where a participant is paying for his or her own tuition, a maximum of $1500 will be paid in advance which is attributable to tuition or other services yet to be delivered.

In order for Lotus Performance Management to operate its Public Programs most effectively, a predetermined number of participants is set for each workshop. Lotus Performance Management reserves the right to cancel or postpone workshops, if the minimum registration is not met. If a workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be granted. If a workshop is postponed, participants may elect to receive a full refund, or authorise Lotus Performance Management to retain the fees, if the new arrangements are suitable. Clients will be notified of any changes to scheduled dates and times at least seven days prior to the advertised commencement date.
