Diploma of Management
The Diploma of Management supersedes the old Diploma of Business (Frontline Management). This new qualification provides a deep and specialised knowledge and skills base for managers in all industries.
The Diploma of Management reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Their role may be in any industry or organisation setting. Typically people in these roles will have considerable experience in their respective industries or vocational areas and couple an informed perspective of the specific work requirements with their managerial approaches.
The BSB51107 Diploma of Management requires a sound theoretical knowledge base and managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate own work and the work of a team.
This qualification is made up of eight (8) units and can be packaged to specifically meet the work outcomes of the managers in your organisation. The following is an example of how this qualification can be packaged. However, there are many units to choose from and this is for illustration purposes only.

Certificate IV in Frontline Management
Frontline Management qualifications are highly sought and widely recognised as a benchmark of excellence. Incorporating communication, leadership, time management and customer service – to name a few key areas – the Frontline Management programs are delivered to directly benefit the individual, their team and the organisation. All projects set for assessment purposes during the course of study are centred on and in the workplace, so the Return On Investment (ROI) for the organisation is extremely high.
We will work with you to design a training program that meets your needs and exceeds your employees’ expectations. For more information on how we build a customised, in-house program, click here.
