Partnering with Industry

In some cases, organisations prefer to run programs 'in-house' using their own trainers and assessors. In this way, the organisation can be sure that the program is tailored to specifically include their own policies, procedures and work outcomes.

Lotus Performance Management is able to partner with your organisation to deliver and assess Nationally Recognised Qualifications. If you have qualified trainers and assessors (possessing TAA40104 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent), we can structure a program whereby your own trainers and/or assessors deliver some of the program outcomes. These activities are developed and agreed with Lotus, prior to commencement of the training program.

On successful completion of assessment, participants are awarded a Nationally Recognised Qualification or Statement of Attainment (for partial completion of the Qualification) by Lotus Performance Management.
