TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

The certificate is designed for people who are responsible for training and assessment, either in the workplace or in a training institution offering vocational qualifications.

Lotus Performance Management was one of the first training companies in Western Australia to offer the new TAE qualification, which was endorsed in 2010.

Jane Booth is the Lead Trainer for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Jane holds a degree in Training and Development and was awarded  membership to the Golden Key International Honours Society. Jane has over ten years' experience, working in the vocational education and training sector and is highly regarded by her peers and clients, alike.

This qualification is  regularly delivered online, supported with one-on-one workplace coaching.
